We just need to take better care of OUR world...if we want to keep it around. I just read an article about cigarette ends are now considered toxic waste as they end up in the oceans and fish are full of them – they are not digestible and kill the fish…
We just need to take better care of OUR world…if we want to keep it around.

I wrote a whole post about the dog pooh thing….people seem not to care very much any more.

when I was working for a short time in Seoul Korea on Sunday mornings the folks would get out and clean the side walks in front of their apartments – everything looked so shiny and clean and lovely around their homes and gardens. I was impressed

I know .. I do sometimes, but when I think about it .. I don't have a plastic bag (or perhaps gloves to put) to put the rubbish in. I wish dog owners would sort their own poo out and not leave it on the pavement in the middle of town. I do clean and tidy my mother's room in the Nursing Centre, which I probably shouldn't do .. but it needs a bit of a spruce up occasionally and I guess I should do more - in fact will do on Thursday as the room's getting a spring clean .. whe whole reason why is another story! Just wish people wouldn't litter, leave their beer cans around, etc etc .. and fag ends .. treat the public space as you'd like your own space to be treated? Both places where folks can not even see I am on a different path. Talon, I think of all the folks who have successfully quit smoking or lost weight and they are so excited to "help" someone else be saved! I like to interview them to see what might be usable and add new and diverse path finding. I think the ultimate goal for me is to find someone where the paths connect... maybe that is the true "soul mate"? Dot,
