Oh I have been looking for a Cornish Pasties recipe since I came back from Wales…they were my favorite fast food. This is proving to be a really fun way to learn how to do e-books…I am using Marelisa’s ebook on how to write an e-book too…

Hi Patricia .. what a great idea .. mine will be Cornish pasties .. as I love them – I have a post with a recipe in .. and a picture .. and I’m going to make them for a friend on the 4th .. as she loved them the time before and always mentions them.

I do love these ideas of putting together really interesting ebooks as fundraisers .. so many opportunities for all of us – for our various favourite charities.

Thank you so much Tracy for your enthusiasm and submission…my youngest daughter is Korean heritage and I bought her a cookbook when I was in Korea but we can not make any of these recipes translate into something yummy to eat. She does make a nice vegetable, sweet potato noodle dish that her friend’s mother taught her to make.

This is such fun!

Hope you will whip up that carrot cake and maybe have a friend submit a favorite recipe and picture too? I think I will need about 100 recipes to make it worth while for people to purchase and download the book? and hopefully to make a donation to UNICEF.

My book group is going to participate but they will not comment on the blog….I am trying to send it out on email too….hope folks will pass it on…

Hi Patricia,

It isn’t like it used to be on Halloween, is it? No more homemade goodies to pass out to the kids. It’s sad it’s come to that, although if I had young ones, I’d feel the same way (accepting unsealed food from strangers).

I love this idea of yours. I hope to participate. I have a killer carrot cake recipe I make at Christmas time. Maybe I’ll whip one up earlier this year so I can take pictures and share them with you for your Harvest Potluck.

I’m looking forward to seeing what others share. Yum!
